  • FrameTec - Camp Verde, AZ (Metro)

FrameTec is a manufacturing plant and framing services provider that automates the process of manufacturing trusses and wall panels, and stands up the framing components on-site. This process results in 99% less waste than stick-framed construction and eliminates the need for a separately contracted on-site framer.

The NMTC subsidy will finance equipment and the construction of their 111,111 square foot facility in Camp Verde, Arizona, which will serve a 200-mile radius. The new plant will retain 20 permanent jobs and create 208 permanent jobs, all of which will pay above a living wage and 99% of which will be accessible to those without a formal education.

  • Solid KOR Investments, LLC - Sacramento, CA

The proposed investment is the acquisition of mixed-use real estate financed through NMTCs. Solid KOR Investments, LLC, the QALICB, will spearhead this endeavor. The acquired property will serve as the operational hub for two ventures under the same ownership. Firstly, FILCO Superstore Inc. (FILCO), a pre- existing appliance showroom recently brought into the fold, will continue its tenancy and established retail presence. Secondly, this acquisition facilitates the relocation and expansion of SOLID Construction, a remodeling company experiencing growth. Additionally, the building will lease space to unaffiliated tenants including retail and restaurant, creating more jobs. Three entities – Solid KOR Investments, FILCO, and SOLID Construction – are under the unified control of a group of Slavic immigrant brothers. The primary tenants are affiliated, making this an owner- occupied operating business QALICB. This investment underscores a commitment to community and economic development within the deep distress area, while fostering the growth and efficiency of integrating these enterprises into one location.

  • Chemline, Inc.

Chemline was founded in St. Louis, Missouri in 1997.

The company manufactures polyurea, polyurethane or hybrid coatings, elastomers and foams, hot cast urethane prepolymers, polyurethane rigid foam, and other industrial products.

Chemline is seeking NMTCs to help finance expansion within a deep distress community. The cost associated with investing in the modification of existing structures in the city, as opposed to developing open land in the suburbs, is not financially viable. The buildings in this area will not appraise at a valuation commensurate with Chemline's proposed investment. The company aims to retain 120 living wage jobs and create an additional 49 jobs.

  • Girls, Inc.

For 70 years, Girls Inc. of Santa Fe has empowered youth through evidence-based programs that cultivate confidence, leadership, career readiness and joy. However, they have never possessed a purpose-built space commensurate with the scale of their impact.

Currently, they serve over 1,100 youth across 29 program groups in 17 schools.

They have outgrown their esteemed Hillside Center as their primary site, and more than 200 families remain on waitlists.

In 2025, they acquired four acres in central Santa Fe: a unique opportunity to construct a 36k sq ft facility designed to serve boys and girls, and to foster community engagement with dedicated outdoor and indoor spaces.

With this expansion, they anticipate a substantial increase in their reach, growing from their current service of 1,000 youth to an estimated 3,000. This expansion will directly translate into more youth gaining access to critical leadership development programs, fostering their skills, confidence, and future potential.
